Helen joined the BDO team in Estonia in 2016 as an auditor. By quickly acquiring new knowledge, showing initiative and taking responsibility, Helen became the project manager of the audit business line. Helen has long-term work experience as a project manager in various assurance practices, such as audit (including reporting to group auditors), inspection, auditor control of packaging report, control of legality of transactions, etc.
From the fall of 2022, Helen is the project manager of BDO Estonia's accounting business line, providing clients with both accounting and controller services. Helen considers her main strengths to be her financial audit background, routine and stress tolerance and quick decision-making ability.
Helen has obtained a master's degree in business finance and applied higher education in international economics and business management at Tallinn University of Technology.
