Sven is a Partner at BDO in Estonia. His nearly 20 years of experience in auditing covers the provision of various assurance services to both global and domestic companies in the private and public sector. Sven’s diverse customer base includes both production and services, retail and wholesale, banking and financial service providers.
In his day-to-day work, Sven deals mainly with the theoretical and practical issues of auditing and accounting, in the light of both Estonian and international standards. He is the Head of Assurance & Audit Quality Management (HAAQM) at BDO in Estonia.
Sven is a member of the management board of the Estonian Board of Auditors and manages the work of the methodology committee of the board. Sven has also been actively participating as a lecturer for over 10 years, sharing his knowledge and experiences in different audit related trainings and seminars.
