Karoliina joined the BDO team in Estonia in 2017 as an Accounting Manager and was promoted to be Head of Accounting and Reporting Services, Business Services & Outsourcing Director in January 2020. She is responsible for providing accounting and reporting services to international clients operating mainly in private sector, developng BDO services and building a great team. Karoliina’s diverse customer base includes retail and leasing as well as IT-service providers. She also prepares financial statements in accordance with the Estonian Financial Reporting Standards or IFRS.
Karoliina has over 10 years of experience as an accountant, having previously worked as an accountant in the international company Avon. Her previous experiences and the ability to share knowledge with others has made Karoliina a vital member of our team, whose contribution is truly valuable. Karoliina also has good knowledge of several accounting programs, such as Directo, SAP, StandardBooks and Horizon.
Karoliina has obtained a degree in Accounting from the Tallinn University of Technology Tallinn College. She also has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology with a master’s degree in Accounting.
