Kadi joined the BDO team in Estonia in April 2021 as an audit intern. After a successful internship, Kadi moved on to the payroll business line, where she works as a Payroll and Reporting Services Junior Manager. The ability to see a more detailed picture and work with numbers on a daily basis is what charmed her in payroll.
Her duties include performing payroll for international companies, preparing various reports according to the client's needs, submitting TSDs and daily e-mail communication with clients in both Estonian and English. In addition to performing payroll, daily work also includes assisting other project managers in her team and close teamwork with colleagues from the payroll business line. Kadi's main customers are companies operating in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale of coffee and condiments, IT and finance. In her daily work, she uses the Taavi Palk, Taavi Personal and SAP HR modules.
Kadi studied accounting at Kuressaare Regional Training Centre (KRTC). In order to constantly improve her knowledge and skills, she also actively participates in professional trainings.
