Kätlin joined the BDO team in Estonia in 2017 as a payroll specialist. A sincere interest in payroll has led to involvement in various projects and developed both analytical thinking and the ability to cope with stressful situations. Today, Kätlin's career path has led her to the position of the project manager in the payroll team.
Kätlin provides Human Resources and payroll services for both Estonian and international clients which come from various industries - for example, security services, research and development, market research, telemarketing, information technology and production.
Kätlin's tasks are managing customer communication and performing payroll on a daily basis, submitting various statistical reports both stipulated by the law and specific to the clients' needs, activities related to the submission of TSD, improving work processes, supporting the team in various stages and supervising the work of junior specialists within the client projects. In addition, tasks related to the process of implementation of new programs are also included in her list of tasks.
Kätlin communicates in Estonian and English. Taavi Personal and Taavi Palk are the most important programs in her daily work. She also has experience with Merit Palk software in terms while working with a company having a smaller number of employees.
Prior to joining BDO, Kätlin worked as an accountant's assistant and financial specialist in several different companies. In order to constantly improve her skills, Kätlin regularly participates in both internal and external professional trainings at BDO.
Kätlin graduated from the Institute of Service Management at Tallinn University of Technology, obtaining an applied higher education in financial management.
